The Promoter

The promoter is: LuxePrizes.

The competition

2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the website at www.luxeprizes.co.uk

2.2 We may offer different formats to the competitions. Subject to clause 2.3, an entry fee is payable each time you enter.

2.3 To be in with a chance of winning, everyone who enters the competition (an “Entrant”) will be required to correctly answer a question or solve a problem set by the us (the “Competition Question”). Where we offer an easy or multiple-choice question or, where the Promoter does not ask a Competition Question, a free entry route is available.

2.4 Instant Scratch Games We may offer Instant Scratch, Bingo, Spin the Wheel, Bandit or methods of games as part of its competitions. These games are a visual representation of the Entrant’s allocated ticket number(s) and allow participants to reveal the outcome instantly. Winning tickets will display the prize amount immediately upon reveal. Please note that although the outcome is shown instantly, the game still functions as a chance-based competition, and each game is linked to a pre-allocated number in the system. The game feature is for entertainment and display purposes only and does not impact the result of the entry.

How To Enter

3.1 The competition will run from and including the opening and closing dates specified on the Website. These dates shall be referred to as the “Opening Date” and “Closing Date” respectively. All times and dates referred to are the times and dates in London, England.

3.2 If it is absolutely necessary to do so, we reserves the right to change the Opening and Closing Dates. If we do change the Opening Date and/or the Closing Date of a competition, the new details will be displayed on the Website. We will not extend the Closing Date simply to sell more entries.

3.3 All competition entries must be received by no later than the specified time on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the specified time on the Closing Date are automatically disqualified and no refunds will be given.

3.4 The maximum number entries to the competition will be stated on the Website. The number of entries you are able to make may be limited if the maximum number of entries is reached.

3.5 Entrants can enter the competition as many times as they wish until the maximum number of entries have been received. Entrants submitting free entries must submit each entry separately. Bulk entries, if received, will not be accepted and will only be counted as one single entry.

3.6 To enter the competition:
(a) go to the Website and view the Competition Question, if there is one;

(b) complete and submit the online entry form; then

(c) purchase the required number of entries; then

(d) when you have purchased your entries, submit your answer to the Competition Question, if there is one.

(e) prior to entering any of our competitions, all Entrants must create an account on our website. Only one account per person is permitted. If an Entrant creates or attempts to create multiple accounts using different email addresses, all such accounts may be closed at our sole discretion, and the Entrant may be prohibited from entering any of the LuxePrizes competitions.

(f) Free entry abuse and multiple accounts

Where a free entry route or free-to-play competition is offered, it is strictly limited to one account per person. Any Entrant found to be using multiple accounts to obtain additional free entries or to increase their chances of winning will be deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to:

  • void any entries made through duplicate accounts
  • forfeit and withhold any winnings obtained through those accounts (including prizes already credited)
  • suspend or permanently close all related accounts
  • prohibit the Entrant from participating in any future competitions


For the avoidance of doubt, only winnings obtained from a single, verified account belonging to the Entrant will be considered valid.

(g) Participants in the sign-up incentive offering £5 wallet credit must wager the credited amount at least once before withdrawing any winnings. Furthermore, individuals found to have created multiple accounts to exploit this offer, as determined by LuxePrizes, will have any funds accrued through this promotion voided. LuxePrizes reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, in cases of fraudulent activity

3.7 All entries must be submitted in the English language. Entries in languages other than English will automatically be disqualified and no refund will be given.

3.8 Unless you are using the free entry method, we will send confirmation that your entry has been received.

3.9 We will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are not successfully completed, are lost or are delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

3.10 By purchasing entries and submitting a competition entry, you are entering into a contract with LuxePrizes and are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.11 You may enter the competition for free by complying with the following conditions. Please note that you can still win instant prizes even if you enter via the postal route:

(a) send your entry by first or second class post to us at the following address: LuxePrizes - Independent House - 125 High Street, Heckmondwike, England, WF16 0PW

(b) hand delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw;

(c) include with your entry the following information:

(i) your full name;

(ii) your address;

(iii) a contact telephone number and email address; and

(iv) your answer to the Competition Question (if there is one).

(d) incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;

(e) you may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by us) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to us separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;

(f) by entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;

(g) your entry must be received by us prior to the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw. Proof of posting does not guarantee that you will be entered into the random draw;

(h) we will not acknowledge receipt of your entry nor confirm if your answer to the Competition Question is correct;

(i) if the number of entries received reaches any cap or limit before your free entry is received, you will not be entered into the random draw.

3.12 Free Postal Entry and Low-Cost Games For games where the entry fee is lower than the cost of a second-class stamp, free postal entries will be adjusted to ensure their equivalent value is at least equal to or greater than the price of a second-class stamp. This means:

If the standard paid entry fee is lower than the cost of a second-class stamp, we will multiply the number of free entries per postal entry received to bring the total value above that threshold.

For example:

If the entry fee is 55p, each valid postal entry will be granted two free entries.
If the entry fee is 33p, each valid postal entry will be granted three free entries.

These additional free entries will count towards any cap on entries per person, as outlined in the specific game’s terms.

All postal entries must still meet the requirements detailed in our Free Entry section, including correctly submitted details and being received before the competition deadline.

3.13 Ticket Cart Manipulation and Fair Play

In the interest of fairness and to ensure an equal playing field for all users, any attempt to manipulate the competition process by holding large volumes of tickets in the shopping cart for the purpose of monitoring instant win outcomes is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, intentionally delaying purchase to assess remaining high-value instant win tickets and preventing others from participating fairly.

LuxePrizes reserves the right to take action against any account found engaging in such practices, which may include:

Immediate cancellation of all entries associated with the behaviour Permanent suspension or deletion of the user's account Forfeiture of any prizes or winnings gained through such manipulation We are committed to maintaining a fair and transparent environment and will enforce this policy strictly to protect the integrity of our competitions.

3.14 Personal Payment Method Requirement

All ticket purchases must be made using a payment card that is registered in the name of the account holder. Entrants are strictly prohibited from:

(a) using another individual's card, with or without their consent, to make purchases on their account;
(b) purchasing tickets on behalf of another person, regardless of the payment method used.

Any breach of this clause may result in immediate disqualification, cancellation of entries, forfeiture of winnings, and permanent suspension of the Entrant's account. LuxePrizes reserves the right to request proof of payment ownership at any time and take any necessary action to uphold the integrity of its competitions.

3.15 Wallet Credits and Display Errors

In the event of any typographical error, spelling mistake, or display issue in the description of a prize or wallet credit, the amount actually credited to the Entrant’s LuxePrizes wallet shall be deemed the correct and final amount. Any discrepancies between a displayed or described prize amount and the credited amount will not entitle the Entrant to claim additional funds.

Choosing A Winner

4.1 We may use different methods of choosing the winner, depending on the format of the competition:

(a) Main draw: All Entrants who correctly answer the Competition Question will be placed into a draw and the winner will be chosen by random draw. If no Competition Question is asked, all Entrants will be entered into the random draw. The random draw will take place as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, within [7] days of the Closing Date ("Draw Date");

(b) Instant wins: All Entrants meeting the entry requirements will be randomly allocated an entry number on completion and payment of their entry. We will use a random number generator to select an entry number for any Entrants entering via the free entry route and meeting the entry requirements. If the entry number corresponds with the instant win number stated on the Website, the Entrant will win that prize;

(c) Auto draws: We may use an auto draw system for choosing the winner or winners of the Main draw and any Instant wins. For the Main draw, the system will be set to randomly select a winner from all valid entries as soon as the Closing Date is reached or all entries have been sold (including allocation of free entries), whichever is sooner. For Instant wins, the auto draw system will automatically allocate the relevant prize to a winner if their entry number matches the instant win number.

4.2 All Entrants will have their names and entry numbers included on a spreadsheet which may be published on the Website and may be visible during the live draw. If you do not wish to have your name included on this spreadsheet you must contact LuxePrizes via email at contact@luxeprizes.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible after you have completed your entry and in any event, at least 48 hours before the live draw takes place.

Eligibility

5.1 The competition is only open to all residents in the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except:

(a) employees of the LuxePrizes;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of LuxePrizes, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

Clause 5.1A – Employees (No Entry)
Any employee, director, officer, or internal staff member of LuxePrizes or any brand operated by it, whether permanent, temporary, casual, agency, or fixed-term, is not eligible to enter any LuxePrizes competition by any entry route (paid or free).

This restriction applies at all times, regardless of department, seniority, or whether the individual is directly involved in the operation or administration of competitions.

This restriction also applies to the employee’s immediate family members, regardless of where they reside. It further applies to any partners, family members, or individuals who both reside in the same household as the employee and are closely connected to them.

5.1B – Partners (No Entry)
Any partner company or individual working with LuxePrizes in any capacity connected to the platform, including but not limited to operations, marketing, technology, payments, live draws, prize fulfilment, administration, or any other professionally connected activity, is not eligible to enter any LuxePrizes competition by any entry route (paid or free).

This restriction also applies to any family members, partners, or any individuals with whom the partner shares a household and who are closely connected to the entrant.

5.1C – Third Party Consultants/Service Providers (No Entry)
Any contractor, consultant, agency, freelancer, or third-party service provider working with or supporting LuxePrizes in any capacity connected to the platform, including but not limited to operations, marketing, technology, payments, live draws, prize fulfilment, administration, or any other professionally connected activity, is not eligible to enter any LuxePrizes competition by any entry route (paid or free).

This restriction also applies to any family members, partners, or any individuals with whom the third party shares a household and who are closely connected to the entrant.

5.1D – Prize Provider (Restricted Entry)
Any individual or company (including their employees, directors, officers, or representatives) that sources, supplies, provides, donates, or facilitates a prize for a specific LuxePrizes competition (a “Prize Supplier”) may enter other LuxePrizes competitions.

However, a Prize Supplier must not enter, purchase tickets for, or participate (by any entry route, paid or free) in any competition that includes a prize they have sourced, supplied, provided, donated, or facilitated.

This restriction also applies to any family members, partners, or any individuals with whom the prize provider shares a household and who are closely connected to the entrant.

Any entries made in breach of this clause will be void and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.1E – Sponsors (Restricted Entry)
Sponsors are permitted to enter LuxePrizes competitions.

However, where a competition includes a prize that has been sponsored, donated, supplied, or facilitated by that sponsor (a “Sponsored Prize Competition”), the sponsor must not enter, purchase tickets for, or participate in that specific competition by any entry route (paid or free).

This restriction also applies to any family members, partners, or any individuals with whom the sponsor shares a household and who are closely connected to the entrant.

Any entries made in breach of this clause will be void and any associated winnings will not be paid.

5.1F – Disqualification and Remedies
Where we reasonably suspect or determine that an entry has been made in breach of Clauses 5.1, 5.1A, 5.1B, 5.1C, 5.1D, or 5.1E, we reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to:

(a) void all entries (including free entries) and disqualify the entrant;
(b) withhold, withdraw, or recover any prize, winnings, or wallet credits linked to the breach (including prizes already credited);
(c) suspend, restrict, or permanently close any related account(s); and
(d) require verification checks to confirm eligibility and independence from any restricted person or household.

5.2 By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition and claim the prize. If you fail to provide ua with any such proof or other information that they may require within a reasonable time, you may be disqualified from the competition.

5.3 We will not accept competition entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer; or
(b) incomplete.

5.4 We reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition. This includes if you are rude or abusive to LuxePrizes or anyone associated with us.

5.5 No refunds of the entry fee will be given in any event, including;
(a) if, following your entry into the competition, you subsequently find out that you are not eligible to enter the competition or claim the Prize;
(b) if, following your entry into the competition the eligibility criteria for entering the competition or claiming the Prize changes and you are no longer eligible; or
(c) if you are disqualified from the competition by LuxePrizes for any reason.

5.6 If the Entrant engages in:
(a) any form of fraud (actual or apparent);
(b) fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) fraudulent concealment;
(d) hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the Website; or
(e) amending, or unauthorised use of, any of the code that constitutes the website all of their entries will be declared void, no refunds will be given and they may be prevented from participating in any future competitions.

The Prize

6.1 The prize for each competition is described on the Website (the “Prize”). Details of the Prize are, to the best of our knowledge, information and belief, correct as at the Opening Date.

6.2 Prizes are subject to availability. We reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value. If any details of the Prize change, Luxe Prizes will endeavour to update the Website as soon as reasonably possible.

6.3 We make no representations and gives no warranties about the Prize, its value, its condition or any other information provided on the Website. We make no representations and give no warranties that the information provide on the Website is accurate, complete or up to date.

6.4 The Prize may be supplied by a third-party supplier (the “Supplier”). Details of the Supplier (if any) will be provided on the Website.

6.5 We reserve the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative cash prize (“Cash Prize”) in the following circumstances:
(a) the Prize becomes unavailable;
(b) other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of LuxePrizes make it necessary to do so.

6.6 The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

Winners

7.1 The decision of LuxePrizes is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

7.2 Each Prize Winner may be required to provide valid proof of identity and age (18+) before any prize is issued. This may include a copy of a valid passport, driving licence, or other official identification. If the purchase was made using a credit card, additional verification may be required to confirm that the card was legally theirs or that they had authorisation to use it. For higher-value prizes, the Prize Winner may also be asked to complete verification in person.
Failure to provide the requested verification documents may result in disqualification, and we reserve the right to reallocate the prize to an alternate winner.

7.3 LuxePrizes will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Draw Date, using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed the Prize within 14 of days of the Draw Date, we reserve the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

7.4 LuxePrizes must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation we will publish the surname and county of major prize winners on the Website.

7.5 If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact us at contact@luxeprizes.co.uk prior to the Closing Date. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

7.6 Winners of prizes of £10,000 or more will be subject to a 30-day account lockout. This lockout is in place to safeguard players and ensure winners have an appropriate period of time to process their win before participating in further competitions.
This measure also helps to prevent repeated consecutive wins by the same entrants and supports a wider range of participants across the community by increasing the opportunity for others to win.
The lockout will begin within 24 hours of the funds being allocated to the winners wallet and will apply across all LuxePrize competitions. Any attempt to bypass the lockout may be treated as a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7.7 As part of the LuxePrizes Experience, winners of prizes of £10,000 or more will be required to attend LuxePrizes Headquarters within ten (10) working days of being contacted, in order to complete mandatory in-person compliance and verification checks, in addition to (and in accordance with) the requirements set out in Clause 7 (Winners), including Clause 7.2.

7.7.1 Where attendance within the timeframe set out in Clause 7.7 is not possible due to circumstances outside the reasonable control of LuxePrizes or the Prize Winner (including, but not limited to, illness, travel disruption, or unforeseen events), LuxePrizes reserves the right to reschedule the LuxePrizes Experience. Any such rescheduling will be arranged at the our discretion.

7.7.2 Where the winner is unable to attend LuxePrizes HQ, compliance checks will be conducted through other means, this could take up to 3 - 5 working days to complete. Once successfully completed, the winner will receive the funds to their wallet.

7.8 For eligible winners, travel and associated expenses will be pre booked by LuxePrizes. Expenses covered will be limited to reasonable travel and, where required, accommodation and meals, as arranged by LuxePrizes.

7.9 We reserve the right to withhold payment of any prize where an entrant fails to successfully complete all required compliance and verification checks in accordance with Clause 7 and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

7.10 The LuxePrize Experience may include a celebratory element recognising the winner.

7.11 We may request that attendees participate in filming, photography, or other promotional content during the LuxePrizes Experience. Participation is entirely optional and will not affect prize entitlement or payment in any way.

7.12 We reserve the right to withdraw or terminate the LuxePrizes Experience and/or refuse entry to LuxePrizes Headquarters where any attendee behaves in a manner that is abusive, threatening, disruptive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate towards staff or other attendees.

Such action will not affect the Prize Winner’s entitlement to the prize, provided all required compliance and verification checks have been successfully completed.

Claiming The Prize

8.1 You must claim the Prize personally. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. Details of how the Prize will be delivered to you (or made available for collection) are published on the Website.

8.2 If your personal details, including contact information, changes at any time you should notify us as soon as reasonably possible. Notifications should be sent to LuxePrizes via email to contact@luxeprizes.co.uk. Notifications must include details of the competition you have entered, your old details and your new details. If your details change within 10 days of the Closing Date, LuxePrizes will use your old details if it needs to try to contact you.

8.3 Any Cash Prize will be transferred directly to the winners nominated bank account. The winner must provide evidence that it is the sole or joint beneficiary of the bank account. Failure to do so within 14 days will result in disqualification from the competition and the winner forfeiting the prize. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

8.4 We do not accept any responsibility and is not liable to pay any compensation if you are unable to or do not take up the prize.

Limitation Of Liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, LuxePrizes, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of LuxePrizes, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

10. Data protection and publicity

10.1 By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by LuxePrizes or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition or as otherwise set out in the LuxePrizes Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available on the Website.

10.2 If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that LuxePrizes may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by us.

10.3 If you do not wish to participate in any publicity, you must notify LuxePrizes prior to the Closing Date. This will not affect your chances of winning the Prize. If you do not agree to participate in any publicity about the competition we may still provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority. This is a legal requirement that we must comply with to prove that the competition has been properly administered and the Prize awarded.

10.4 If you are the winner of the competition, you may be required to provide further personal information and proof of your identity in order to confirm your eligibility to claim the Prize and transfer ownership of the Prize to you. You consent to the use of your information in this way. You are entitled to request further details about how your personal information is being used. You may also withdraw your consent to your personal information being used in such way but by doing so you may prevent the Prize being transferred to you. Insuch circumstances, you will be deemed to have withdrawn from the competition and forfeit the Prize. You will not be entitled to any refund of your entry fee. We reserve the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

10.5 Please note that under data protection laws you are entitled to request that LuxePrizes does not contact you and removes your details from its database. If you make such a request you will be withdrawing from the competition as it will not be possible to contact you in the event that you are the winner. You will not be entitled to any refund of any entry fee if you withdraw from the competition. If you do not wish any of your personal details to be used by LuxePrizes for promotional purposes, please email us at contact@luxeprizes.co.uk prior to the Closing Date.

General

11.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version of these terms and conditions will be available on the Website.

11.2 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, LuxePrizes may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition and any future competitions.

11.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account without prior notice if the user is found to be engaging in any form of slander, defamation, or bullying of our staff.

11.3A Voluntary Account Closure
If a customer requests voluntary closure of their account, they must withdraw all available funds from their wallet before the closure is actioned. Once an account is closed, all associated data, including wallet balances, tickets, and order history, will be permanently deleted. LuxePrizes will not be able to recover or refund any remaining wallet funds after the account has been deleted.

11.3B Fraudulent Claims
If an Entrant makes a claim that their account activity or ticket purchases were fraudulent, their account will be blocked while the matter is investigated. Should the Entrant subsequently reverse this claim (for example, after winning a prize) and confirm that the activity was in fact authorised, LuxePrizes reserves the right to:

  • Void any tickets purchased during the disputed period;
  • Withhold any prizes linked to the disputed transactions; and
  • Permanently close the account for abuse of LuxePrizes’s fraud and compliance procedures.


All fraud investigations are handled in cooperation with the Entrant’s bank or payment provider, and LuxePrizes will act according to the evidence provided.

11.3C Account Safeguarding and Limitations
LuxePrizes reserves the right to apply account limits or restrictions at its discretion where it deems such action necessary for safeguarding purposes. These measures may include, but are not limited to, limits on spending, deposits, withdrawals, or participation in competitions. Such actions may be taken temporarily or permanently and are intended to ensure user safety, compliance with internal policies, and the integrity of the platform.

11.3D Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Financial Crime
(a) Compliance and scope — LuxePrizes operates a risk-based AML and financial crime compliance framework. We comply with applicable UK anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist financing laws and regulations.
(b) Prevention measures — We may carry out identity checks, verification checks, transaction monitoring and enhanced due diligence where appropriate. We may require customers to provide identity documents, proof of address, bank statements, or other supporting evidence before permitting withdrawals or account reactivation.
(c) Account restrictions — Where we reasonably suspect that funds or transactions are linked to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or other unlawful activity, we may suspend transactions, place holds on funds, restrict account functionality, or close accounts. Funds may only be released in accordance with applicable law and verified beneficiary details.
(d) Reporting and disclosure — We will cooperate with and disclose relevant information to banks, payment processors and regulatory or law-enforcement authorities (including filing Suspicious Activity Reports) where required or permitted by law.
(e) Withholding and forfeiture — We reserve the right to withhold, deduct, or forfeit funds if required by law or where we reasonably determine the funds are proceeds of unlawful activity.
(f) Appeals and queries — Customers may contact contact@luxeprizes.co.uk for queries or to submit requested documentation. Decisions to suspend or close accounts made under this clause are at LuxePrizes sole discretion and may be subject to regulatory reporting obligations.

11.3E Chargebacks and Account Termination
(a) Chargeback Policy — In the event that an Entrant initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or retrieval request with their bank or payment provider relating to any transaction made on the LuxePrizes platform, the Entrant’s account will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
(b) Account Termination — Where a chargeback is confirmed or upheld, the Entrant’s account will be permanently disabled, and they will be prohibited from creating or using any future accounts on the LuxePrizes platform.
(c) Ticket Validity — All tickets and entries associated with the disputed or charged-back transaction(s) will be automatically voided and removed from any live or pending draws. The Entrant will forfeit any prizes, winnings, or entitlements linked to those voided tickets.
(d) Unaffected Orders — Transactions that have not been subject to a chargeback or dispute will remain valid, and the tickets associated with those orders will not be affected.
(e) Fraudulent or Abusive Chargebacks — Submitting a chargeback without legitimate grounds (for example, after receiving valid entries or prizes) may be treated as a breach of contract and potential fraud. LuxePrizes reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds, administrative costs, and legal fees incurred as a result of such actions.
(f) Reinstatement — Any request to reinstate an account or restore access following a chargeback must be reviewed by the Compliance Team. Reinstatement will only be considered if the Entrant reverses the chargeback and full payment is received.
(g) Prize Withholding Following Chargebacks — Where an Entrant has initiated one or more chargebacks, payment disputes, or retrieval requests in relation to transactions on their LuxePrizes account, we reserve the right to withhold and delay payment of any prizes, winnings, or withdrawal requests (including main draw prizes, instant wins, and wallet withdrawals) until:
(i) all such chargebacks, disputes, or retrieval requests have been fully resolved in LuxePrizes's favour; and
(ii) all funds relating to the disputed transactions have been returned to LuxePrizes in full by the relevant bank or payment provider; and
(iii) the Entrant has paid in full an administrative dispute fee of £50 per chargeback to cover the costs incurred by LuxePrizes in responding to and managing the dispute.

For the avoidance of doubt, where we reasonably determine that a chargeback or dispute has been raised fraudulently, in bad faith, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, LuxePrizes is under no obligation to pay out any prize or winnings to that Entrant unless and until the conditions in (i)–(iii) above have been satisfied.

11.4 We reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so. There is no minimum number of entries and LuxePrizes will not hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition due to a lack of entries. If LuxePrizes does void or cancel the prize competition the Entrant will be offered a full refund of any entry fees they have paid to that particular competition.

11.5 The competitions on the Website are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. By entering the competitions, Entrants agree that Facebook has no liability and is not responsible for the administration or promotion of the competitions.

11.6 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11.7 Spend limits are an optional feature provided upon request as a discretionary tool to assist users in managing their spending. While we strive to ensure these limits function as intended, technical issues may occasionally occur, and users remain fully responsible for managing their own spending.

11.8 You should print a copy of these terms and conditions and keep them for your records.
