Ticket-based games
Every paid or free entry gets randomly assigned to a ticket number connected to the game you entered.
Every LuxePrizes game uses tickets, and every winning outcome is allocated at random. The way a game is presented may change — scratch, spin, bingo, a live draw or a social side game — but the presentation does not change how winning tickets or prizes are allocated.

Winning tickets and draw outcomes are allocated at random. The visual game simply reveals the result.
A free postal entry route is available for all eligible games, subject to the instructions and closing times shown.
An instant-win game tells you the result of your ticket immediately. Instead of displaying plain text, LuxePrizes may present that result through a scratch card, a spinning wheel, bingo, a bandit or another interactive format.
The animation does not decide whether you have won. It is the presentation used to reveal the result already attached to your ticket.
Some tickets do not reveal a cash prize immediately. Instead, you may find a special symbol such as a money bag, joker or another side-game marker.
You then post your winning symbol on our social page. We show the remaining covered choices, you select an available number, and we reveal the prize hidden behind it.
With a draw game, you receive a ticket number when you enter. Once the competition closes, the result is drawn during the next scheduled LuxePrizes Facebook Live.
Depending on the game, we may use Google’s random number generator, TrueNorth RNG, Wheel of Names, Wordwall or another suitable random selection method.
When you buy a bingo ticket, the game plays through a bingo-style presentation. Numbers are called and the board progresses until the result attached to your ticket is revealed.
A winning ticket may reveal cash, site credit, a special symbol or another prize described on the game page. A non-winning ticket will complete without revealing a prize.
Scratch games display a covered area on screen. You use your mouse or finger to clear the panel and reveal the result connected to your ticket.
You may reveal a cash prize, site credit, a side-game symbol or a non-winning result, depending on the prize structure published for that game.
Some games offer a choice, such as a £100 food shop or £100 cash. Where an alternative is shown on the game page, the winner can choose which available prize they would prefer.
Cash prizes are added to your withdrawable wallet. LuxePrizes does not set a minimum or maximum withdrawal amount, so your cash balance is available to request when you choose.
We may ask for further information before releasing funds. These checks help protect both the customer and LuxePrizes, prevent fraud and support compliance with relevant legal and payment requirements.
Site credit is a bonus play balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. However, when site credit is used to play and a genuine cash prize is won, that cash prize is added to your withdrawable wallet.
